2012 County Executive Arts Awards Nomination Form

The Arts Council of Rockland (ACOR) and the Rockland County Executive invite you to nominate deserving candidates to receive the 2012 County Executive Arts Awards (CEAA). The ceremony celebrates art, the role it plays in the life of our community and those who create and support it. The 26th County Executive Arts Awards ceremony will take place in the Cultural Arts Theater at Rockland Community College on Thursday, May 17, 2012. Winners will be chosen by a vote of the membership of the Arts Council of Rockland.

The four nominees receiving the most votes will be the 2012 winners.
