Welcome to the Piermont Police Department website.  We have created this site to provide a clear view of what department services are provided to the community as well as useful links.

The Piermont Police Department is committed to providing our Village residents with the most professional and courteous police service possible.  Community policing is stressed and we are part of the community.

Police Chief Michael O’Shea:
Chief O’Shea came to the department as a patrolman in 1985 and worked his way up to Sergeant.  Chief O’Shea was appointed to the rank of Chief of Police in December 2006.  He is a graduate of the F.B.I. Academy in Quantico, Virginia and is currently serving as Vice-President of the Rockland County Police Chief’s Association.
